The holiday cottage sits in around 3/4 of an acre of lawned gardens secluded and surrounded by the Scottish borders countryside and wildlife.

Bordered by a burn which runs the full length of the garden, there is ample off road parking for vehicles.

The holiday cottage is full of character but also benefits from modern facilities, which make your stay stress free and relaxing.

The holiday cottage comprises of a large living kitchen with a wood burning stove, a vaulted ceiling creating light and space, room for your party so no one is left alone cooking in the kitchen.

Leading from this is the conservatory where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view of the garden.

From here you continue into the larger than average lounge also with a log burner and door that leads out to a south facing patio and outlook over the garden.

There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate bathroom with a large shower.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and also has its own bathroom with a bath.
